Western Cameroon is plagued by violence perpetrated by armed groups. According to the UNOCHA situation report, nearly 3 million people are affected by this situation. Gender-based violence is very high. Women who have fled are especially vulnerable.
Hope for a Better Future (H4BF) helps victims of sexual violence with psychosocial and medical support. They also support the targeted women to set up a business so that they can generate income.
